The core of what we do. Hands-on treatment of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction, back, neck, shoulders, hips, knees and everything in between.
Osteopathy is a system of healthcare that emphasises the role of the musculoskeletal system in health and disease. It is based on the principle that the structure of the body and its function are mutually interdependent, that a problem in one part of the body can affect another.
Who it helps
- Office workers with desk-bound posture and chronic neck or low-back pain
- Athletes and weekend warriors recovering from sports injuries
- New and expecting mothers managing pregnancy-related pain
- Older adults maintaining mobility and managing arthritis
- Anyone in acute pain looking for assessment, diagnosis and a clear plan
What to expect
Your first session is a 60-minute consultation. We take a detailed history, assess movement and posture, then begin treatment in the same appointment. Techniques include soft-tissue work, articulation, mobilisation and, when indicated, high-velocity manipulation.
Most patients see meaningful improvement within 2–4 sessions. We'll always give you a realistic timeline and an exercise plan to support the work between visits.
