Deep-tissue and trigger-point work to release tight muscles, improve circulation and speed recovery, pre-event, post-event or in-season.
Sports massage targets the soft tissues that take the most load during training and competition. It isn't strictly a relaxation massage, but the pressure ranges with what your body needs that day, from a relaxing, lighter touch through to deep, targeted work, trigger-point release and stretching to free up restricted movement.
When it helps most
- Pre-event, primes muscles 24–48 hours before competition
- Post-event, flushes metabolic waste and reduces DOMS
- In-season maintenance, keeps small niggles from becoming injuries
- Off-season, addresses long-standing tightness when training load is low
Typical patients
Cyclists, runners, gym-goers, footballers, golfers and desk workers whose muscles take the brunt of poor posture. We've worked with Premier League captains, Olympic medallists and weekend club athletes, the principles are the same.
