The three phases
1. Early rehab, protect the area, restore pain-free range of motion, re-establish basic motor patterns 2. Mid-stage, progressive loading, build strength endurance, address compensations 3. Late-stage / return to sport, sport-specific loading, plyometrics, reactive strength, confidence to fully commit

Programmes are personalised, written down, and reviewed each session. We'll demo every exercise in clinic, send you a video to refer back to, and adjust based on how your body responds.
