Colette tailors treatment sessions to individuals and uses a wide variety of hands-on techniques, alongside stretches and exercises to promote overall well-being. Colette holds additional qualifications in Sports Massage, Dry Needling and Kinesio-Taping, all of which compliment her treatment approach. She has a keen interest in sports injuries and posture-related pain, but also has experience in treating a wide range of patients including the elderly, expectant mothers and young adults. Her general osteopathic approach is to promote overall health, improve quality of life as well as prevention of reoccurring pain/injury.
The General Osteopathic Council regulates the practice of osteopathy in the United Kingdom. By law osteopaths must be registered with us in order to practise in the UK.
